Excellent case and an excellent seller. The case came very quickly from Turkey in an excellent packaging!!!!

This is a nice oud case, I got it when it was on sale for $100. I'll give it 5 stars because its an ok case, I dont see anything wrong with it. But I am writing this review to warn people that Sala who sells this case puts perfume on their products. When I got this case it had a pungent smell, sort of a resin smell that I thought had to do with some kind of glue use to manufacture this case. But then I bought some Istanbul brand rishas (oud picks) also from Sala on Amazon and it had the exact same smell. Rishas dont have a smell, they are made from the same plastic as any other guitar pick. Now I have to wash the smell off my rishas. Please stop doing this Sala.

My 38-year old oud finally has a safe home. Light, but effective protection.

Great oud case!
Really nice hard case, it protects the oud really well.

This is quite light and has straps to strap to your back and a handle if you want to carry it on the side. My large Arabic oud just fits in it with no space for a tuner or anything. I like it and hope it holds up well. Time will tell.

This is a lovely hard case. It's not something you'd want to entrust to airline baggage handlers but it's much more protective than a bag but still lightweight.

I wasn't sure about ordering a generic oud case, sight unseen, but I checked the measurements and it seemed like it would work, for about a hundred dollars less that any other hard case option. It got here within the time frame the seller stated, and it's really nice! Lightweight, but very padded, fabric on the outside seems pretty tough, has backpack style shoulder straps too. Seems like a great case, glad we bought it.
